Abstract The results of studying the effect mineral fertilizing on rhizogenesis and development aboveground organs regenerant plants blackberry thornless adaptable to in vivo conditions laboratory selection, vegetable growing horticulture, cloning “UNITS” Agrotechnopark “of Belgorod State Agrarian University are presented. Regenerated cultivar Agavam were adapted a peat-perlite mixture with addition microelements growth regulator root 16 days earlier than control. An active part roots regenerated was noted 21st day, control - 42nd day after start adaptation. By end rooting stage 24th formed an aerial two pairs leaves 22 mm high developed system 37 mm. hormonal composition nutrient media for cultivation blackberries has been optimized, effective combination physical chemical factors at different stages micropropagation determined, which enhance proliferation shoots roots, dependence efficiency adaptation established. Along traditional breeding methods, new opportunities solving problem thorn-free varieties provided, along make it possible accelerate process obtaining valuable planting material provide population processing industry berry products.
